Basic Inspection starting at $300

Residential Buyer’s Inspection

A complete assessment of the property’s condition, including the inspection of the foundation, roof, electrical work, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, water and sewage, water and/or fire damage, possible insect infestation and mold formation. This inspection also includes a thorough explanation of any other possible area(s) of concern.

Seller’s Pre-Listing Inspection

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference.  Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

Mold Inspection

Mold testing allows you to check for potentially harmful mold, such as black mold, which can hide inside walls and in damp areas, and often go undetected for months or years. A mold inspection is the best way to protect your health, your family, and your property from the damaging effects of mold.

Water Testing

Whether you’re buying a new home or think that your own home’s water quality may not be up to par, water testing is a good way to check for dangerous contaminants and bacteria which could be harmful to your health. Water testing is particularly important in older homes, which may use copper pipes and solder that contain high amounts of lead.

Radon Testing

No matter where you are in America, your home may be exposed to dangerous radon gas. Radon is a natural, radioactive gas which is produced when uranium in the Earth’s crust decays, and turns into radium. Radon testing is the only way to determine if your home has higher-than-average levels of radon, which can pose a health risk to your family.

New Construction Inspection

New construction homes need an objective third-party to inspect. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything. Our inspectors will conduct a comprehensive overview of any newly constructed property to ensure proper installation of systems and quality of materials.

Termite Inspection

Termites can go unnoticed until they cause catastrophic damage to your home. Whether you’re shopping for a home and suspect a termite issue, or you think your current home may be affected by termites, we can provide you with comprehensive testing, and help you understand your options for termite remediation if we do discover an infestation.

Builder’s 1-Year Warranty Inspection

Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses.  A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires.  The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacements of home components.
